What You'll Do:

• Customer Advocacy
  • Views the customer and customer needs as the driving concern behind decisions and priorities. Understands who the customers are, what their needs are, and what features/products/services are required by customers. Builds formal systems for the organization that ensure employees understand and incorporate customer feedback.
